Mont Ventoux Challenge.

This October we are taking part in the Mont Ventoux Challenge. The challenge will consist of a 620 mile cycle from Ouistreham to the top of Mont Ventoux!

Bayview’s Jason Gadsby and Rob Westhead have teamed up with good friends and colleagues; James Kidner from Trethowans and Ben Jenkins from Mitchells Estate Agents to complete the route as a team, across a 4 day period.

We are fundraising for Dorset Mind Charity, a charity close to our hearts and one which we feel has positively impacted the community, by encouraging social inclusion and promoting the importance of mental health services.

You can show your support on our Just Giving Page below:

Welcome, Shakira!

We are pleased to announce the new appointment of Shakira Floyd, who has recently joined us at Bayview.

With over 10 years’ experience in Marketing and Support, Shakira will be working alongside our director, Jason Gadsby, to further support and implement structure within the team, as well as developing marketing strategies & managing campaigns.

Shakira will be working closely with the team and contractors to gain overall knowledge of the business and the industry, in order to deliver efficient, effective results.

Bringing Shakira on-board is a great step forward for us as a business; she is proving to be a great addition to the team, with her extensive experience and fresh perspective.

Swanage stonemason returns to site

Stephen Richards, a local Swanage stonemason, returns to Prospect Farm after 19 years.

Richard can be seen building the wall in front of Prospect Farm House in June of 2000 again last month topping out the wall that runs adjacent to it some 19 years later. Richard has crafted all of the Purbeck stone on our lovely homes and will continue the work throughout the summer. The Purbeck stone has been supplied by Keates, a local quarry in Worth Matravers.
